Didn't do much these 2 days, basically nua-ing at home, stocking up groceries.. Oh yes I did something constructive, chopped Ben's bushy hair off for him. Pretty satisfied with the end result. Hee. So Ben onz boh, our deal? 这几天很有口福, just had 叉烧肉 for dinner, a blueberry beer bread baking in the oven currently and an ang-moh styled chicken soup awaits me for dinner tomorrow. All courtesy of Chef Ben! Yum yum, I can't wait especially for the beer bread. Hee, shall wait to see how it taste. Shall steal the recipe from Ben to cook for my mum and sis if it turns out good.

Hmm lately lots been going through my mind. I miss the familiar sights and smell of home too. Read a friend's blog and something she wrote struck me. Probably cos what she said reminded me of who I should be. Yes yes, I'm trying to work towards that.. Well, okay if you didn't understand a word I wrote here, don't fret, cos that just means I don't intend to tell you either.

Stupid Taco was supposed to have the "Steal a Base and Win a Free Taco" offer today. Ben and I went to the outlet in Fox Run and they claim they weren't a participating outlet.. &%&^%* & in an hour on our out to the carpark, we realised they decided to take part in the deal cos too many ppl came asking abt it.. *%&%&%*.

Went shopping with SC & Ben for a halloween costume. Finally found one which fits me...

And here's something to cheer about: Red Sox won 13-1 against the Rockies! Can't wait for Game 2 tonight.

Yep everything that can/won't go wrong went wrong. So pissed with myself. Argh.

Been made to do CIP with Lynda all day today. Those stupid pipes are so difficult to attach together and I lost count of the number of sprayballs we checked today. Gowning in and out of suites for TOC and into Train D doesn't make life any easier. Aching all over now.. die lah.. age's catching up on me. Can't wait for tomorrow to end. Gosh.

I'm amazed this site is still around, after almost a year of non-activity, close to non existence. Don't think anyone still comes to this cob-webbed site, which however, might not be a bad thing. I shan't give myself any excuses, yea I was just really lazy... plus I hate having to log on to the computer after work, I try as much as I can not to. Thanks to the link to google, I could still have access to this account.

Just back from camping at Acadia National Park. Been a great great experience. We got ourselves an RV, drove up to Blackwoods Campsite and stayed there for 3 days. We went there feeling downcasted cos the weather was predicted to be cold and wet for Friday and Saturday. It was on Friday, but luckily Saturday wasn't a disapointment. I love the fall colours, love BBQ-ing w/o getting all sweaty and oily, love the waves, the water, the starry night, the awesome sunrise up in Calidac Mountain... Driving the RV made the trip more memorable (don't think we'll ever get to do it anymore), minus the "clearing your own junk" and "pls don't use the bathroom" policies. The only bummer was when we ran out of petrol in the middle of the highway on 295.

Taken with Tom's camera.. 真的是一分钱一份货. My camera can never achieve anything close to this. The sky was glittering with soooo many stars that morning.. & Sunrise was awesome. Was really worth the long wait even in the bitter cold.



Okay it's back to the TV screen for the baseball game. Go Red Sox!
